Where We Ship
We currently ship within the United States only. Delivery to Alaska, Hawaii and U.S. territories may take a few extra days.
Shipping Cost
Shipping is free on all orders. No minimum purchase is required.
Processing Time
Orders are prepared and handed to the carrier within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number as soon as your order is on its way.
Delivery Time
Estimated delivery is 8–15 business days after your order ships. During the peak holiday season (November–December), high carrier volumes can add a few extra days — we recommend ordering early for Christmas gifts.
Please note: while your parcel moves between carriers and sorting hubs, tracking information may not update for 48–96 hours at a time. This pause is normal and does not mean your package is lost.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for delays or losses caused by an incorrect or incomplete address entered at checkout, but contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to help.
Damaged in Transit
If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the item and packaging. We will send a free replacement or offer a full refund — see our Returns & Refunds page for details.
